We want you to absolutely love your new crystals, and we take extra care in selecting, packing, and sending them off to their new homes. That being said, here’s the deal:

All sales are final! Once a crystal picks you, it's yours to cherish—no take-backs!

Damaged in transit? Oh no! If your package arrives looking like it went on an unexpected adventure, snap some pics (within 48 hours) and send them our way. We’ll see what we can do for you!

Wrong item? Oops! We’re only human (unlike our magical crystals). Let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll fix it faster than you can say "good energy only!"
