✧ Do you offer shipping?

Yes! We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 CAD (before tax and after discounts). No code needed—your shipping will automatically be free at checkout once your cart reaches the qualifying amount.

For orders under $150 CAD, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Every order is packaged with care to make sure your crystals arrive safely and beautifully. 

✧ Can I pick up my order locally?

Definitely. We offer local pickup in Squamish, BC! Just select your preferred option at checkout and we’ll follow up with pickup details.

✧ Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of crystals and the size of our shop, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you have questions before you buy, please reach out—we’re happy to help!

✧ Can I request a specific crystal or custom piece?

Yes! If you’re looking for a specific type of crystal, a themed bundle, or would like to turn a found stone into a wire-wrapped pendant, send us a message and we’ll see what we can do.

✧ How do I care for my crystals?

Crystals thrive when treated with intention. Cleanse them regularly using moonlight, smoke, or sound, and keep them in a place that feels meaningful to you. Follow our socials for more in depth ways to care for your crystals!

✧ Where do your crystals come from?

Our crystals come from a mix of carefully selected suppliers and our own personal finds. We choose each piece based on its quality, beauty, and energy. While we don’t share specific mine or supplier information, we stand by the intention and care behind every crystal we offer.
